The stay was pleasant overall, especially enjoying the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety and was beautifully presented. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like the Kingston Penitentiary and Canada's Penitentiary Museum. I appreciated the homely feel, especially the quiet environment, which allowed for effective rest and focused work. There were some minor issues with limited Wi-Fi access in the rooms and a few cleanliness concerns. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and charming common areas made up for these setbacks during my visit.

Nice room. The hotel would also have a cosy courtyard, which we could not use because of the cold weather. Nice walk to get to the city (partly along the water). But add a good hour!

The hotel was fairly clean with super-friendly and always pleasant staff at every level. The courtyard was good for breakfasts. The position of the property was particularly good and stunning, close to the downtown area. I stayed here for 2 days and will be back...

Of the hotel was surprisingly cozy. The staff were consistently cheerful and attentive. The location posed some challenges for dining options and exploring the area without transport.

Staying here with my 7 kids was lit! The breakfast spread was fantastic, with tasty options like French toast that everyone enjoyed. The grounds were beautiful. Plus, staff were friendly and accommodating.

My wife says that the shower pressure was lacking.

Staff and location could not have been more excellent. The room was new-fashioned and beds were good. It was nice having a fridge, climate control and an iron. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Kingston.

Internet access is limited, surprising for a conferencing facility.

The air conditioning in the whole house was much too cold. This is neither environmentally friendly nor healthy.

Very generously furnished, very clean, bed was super and breakfast surprisingly good.
